2013 Best Selling Songs and Albums

Nielsen Entertainment announced Justin Timberlakes' "20/20 Experience" as the top selling album of 2013 with 2.4 million units sold. Timberlake released two albums this year with "20/20 Experience" Part 1 & 2. Rounding out the top three were Eminem and Luke Bryan.

Robin Thicke had the hottest single of 2013 with his summer hit "Blurred Lines" which, sold over 6 million units. In 2nd place this year Macklemore & Ryan Lewis "Thrift Shop" and in 3rd, Imagine Dragons hit "Radioactive."

The most streamed song of the year? That would honor goes to Baaur's "Harlem Shake" with close to 490,000 streams this past year.
